Work here
For architects, designers and collaborators. We take on few people and we tend to keep them a long time.
(What we look for)
A small studio asks more of everyone in it
Drawing ability
Not rendering ability. We would rather see plans and sections you have drawn than a visualisation you have lit.
Curiosity about construction
The people who do well here are the ones who want to know how a thing actually goes together.
Comfort with being edited
Work gets marked up here, including the principal’s. That is the method, not a judgment.
