The facade features key elements of windows and mouldings present in a brownstone housing. It is also “falsely” divided into 2 by a faux column of bricks to make the facade look like 2 separate houses. In the front, there are 2 main entrances, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor accessed by stairs, creating a small porch to welcome the guests. In the rear, a backyard with a mango tree as its main feature was left untouched which also functions as the family’s recreational area. Still on the rear side, found on the 2nd floor is a deck for more open space and an elevated edible garden. To cater to tropical needs, the plan of the house makes sure partitions and openings allow for the flow of wind inside, maximizing more with the doors’ and windows’ sizes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
