This is a 4-Storey Residence inspired by the brownstone houses of New York. The facade showcases key elements of windows and mouldings commonly found in brownstone housing, exuding a timeless charm. At the front, two main entrances welcome guests – one on the ground floor and another on the second floor accessed by stairs, creating a delightful porch. The rear of the residence boasts a serene backyard featuring a magnificent mango tree, offering a perfect space for the family to relax and unwind. Additionally, on the second floor, there is a spacious deck that provides ample open space, along with an elevated edible garden.
