About this Project

A 2.5-storey residence located on a corner lot, featuring 1 Master suite and 2 Loft-type bedrooms, this design maximizes the building height limit while adhering to the requirement of having only 2-storey houses in the subdivision. Each room has its own Toilet and Bath for added convenience. The living area is spacious and seamlessly connected to the Den and Dining Area. These spaces can be separated by large sliding or folding doors, providing flexibility based on the user’s needs.
