This Modern Tropical Home is a 2-storey home with a basement, featuring a well-planned layout that separates the private and common spaces, with private hallways leading to study areas and ultimately to the bedrooms. Its common spaces are in an open layout, allowing the house to breathe with cross-ventilation and passive cooling, maximizing each opening.
